Big Ride to Work 2012

Descrierea animaţiei:

"The Orangebox Big Ride to Work - 2012" Cardiff to London
Wiggins wanted in, Hoy’s not stopped ringing & even Cav begged us to let him come along. Behold, the biggest sequel since The Godfather Part II …..
Back for a second year, bigger and better than ever, starting on September 8th this year the Orangebox Express road bike team is once again leaving our factory in South Wales, headed for the bright lights of London and our showroom in Clerkenwell.
Last year’s ride was an epic for sure but this year, the ranks of willing victims has swelled, with more than double the number of riders taking part. 200 miles of gruelling tarmac lay between our excited start and exhausted finish but once again, it’ll take more than howling winds, driving rain & searing pain to stop us trying to act like the younger fitter boys and girls we used to be!
Many of this year’s team have gratefully sacrificed Olympic glory in order to focus on this tougher & even more important event :
"Primo” Mino Vernaschi
Ritchie “Iron man” Fallows
Simon "Carbon" Castle
Gareth "the Bullet" Banks
Fiona “the Rocket” Roper
“Lightening” Luke Palmer
Aaron “Gore de France”
Phil "Hill Climb" Hallett
Nathan “Hurricane“ Hurley
“Pelaton” Pete Easton
"Aero" Adam Edwards
Giles "Dynamite" Dooley
Gareth "the Bouncer" Bassett
Arwyn “Pringerello”
Roy “Race face “ Williams
Phil “Racing Snake” Robbins
Mark “Paceline” Partridge
Ewan “Typhoon” Tozer
Laura “Breakaway” Bellamy
Adrian "Whirlwind" Walters
Joanne “Cruiser” Casselle
John “Roadie” Ross
Nathan “Presta” Pring
Karim "Dynamo" Dinoulis
and our support crew......
Marcus “Spielberg” Stephens
Sue “Pulitzer” Davies
Riding in aid of The Meningitis Trust and to promote low carbon commuting, there ain’t no Caerphilly mountain high enough, ain’t no Thames valley deep enough to stop these brave souls crunching every painful mile. So think long & dig deep to help this extremely worthy cause.
