Perfect Sunday by the lake! 8 members of ironman.lv triathlon team did 3-4 rounds of transitions for Olympic distance and sprint races, supervised by our team leader and coach Romāns Melderis.
Hanged around Baltezers near Ādaži ir Latvia. Water temp was about 17C, air temp about 25C.
Team tent was set-up for the first time and video was shot by GoPro Hero camera.
